  • Ball and Chain Brown Ale: Bottling

Bottling Day (night in this case): Friday, March 18th 2011

We started the brew two weeks ago and the fermentation has finished. With Dave’s bachelor party just two weeks away, it was time to bottle.

Once again Daryn and Rachel were awesome and had everything set up and ready to go. That way when Kevyn and Craig got there we could right to bottling.

Brewing Day (night in this case): Friday, March 4th 2011

Daryn was awesome and had everything set up and ready to go. That way when Kevyn and Craig got there we could right to brewing.
